
Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users will be suspended or deleted, usually as soon as they are discovered.
Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses.
Users agree that they, themselves are responsible for their own actions and Razor Hosting will not be held liable for their content.
First of all we would like to mention a few very important facts that ALL customers must follow. Anyone hosting websites or services on Razor Hosting's network that supports spammers or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various spam databases that cause our IP's to become blacklisted will have there account terminated without any notice or refund. If our IPs become listed in any of the various Spam Databases, you will be charged with a £500.00 fee. If fee is not paid, you will be taken to court and required to pay all lawyer and court fees, and the £500.00 and another £500.00 for the trouble.
Your account will not be reconnected at any time due to the serious nature of this kind of incident. Razor Hosting do not have to refund any credit or payments that you the client has made to us if the situation arises.
If a payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend your account after 3 days of your invoice due date and can delete all remaining data after 14 days unless otherwise noted by our billing department.
If an account is removed due to a violation of this TOS we reserve the right not to refund payments.
Any payments for domain names are non-refundable.
If you receive a free domain name with any service provided by Razor Hosting ’s , the fee for that domain name will be deducted from any refunds.
Any payments for Server Management and/or Dedicated Servers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the administrator of Razor Hosting ’s .
If you do not pay for your account, our system will advise you of an unpaid invoice. If that invoice remains unpaid for 3 days, our system will automatically suspend your account. This means that all services, including e-mail and access to your files will be unaccessible. Razor Hosting ’s will also apply a 10% late fee. The amount of this fee will depend if you pay monthly, or yearly. This fee will only be removed by discretion of an Razor Hosting ’s member of staff.
Each month you are given a set amount of bandwidth that you are allowed to use. This amount is what you agreed to when you signed up for that particular package. If you exceed that amount of bandwidth you are liable for extra charges. Any charges not paid for will have their account temporarily or permanently suspended. All data will be erased, and we will not retrieve it under any circumstances.
Although Razor Hosting backs up our clients data every month (1st Monday of each Month unless a Bank or Public Holiday), we do not guarantee that we have done this. It is always the clients responsiblility to keep a copy of all hosting files on a local machine. Making Backups is a time consuming process, and Razor Hosting makes every effort to do the backups when stated.
You can purchase our addon backup service that will backup your site once every week for only £5.00 per month.
